Security and Estate Group

Security and Estate Group (SEG) develops and sustains the Defence Estate and is the consolidated security and service delivery organisation for Defence. We design and deliver Defence infrastructure and manage the complex Defence Estate – maintaining environmental stewardship of over 3.8 million hectares, the largest landholding in the Commonwealth with 70 major bases, 100 plus training ranges, more than 1,000 leased or owned properties, and 30,000 built assets.
