Service Delivery Division (SDD) provides the S&EG presence at 60 Defence bases (117 sites), and delivers a range of support services where Defence works, trains and lives across Australia. SDD is also responsible for business processes, and service delivery across a range of functions including Defence publishing, libraries and customer service centres; housing and relocations for ADF members.
