Works with service partners to continually assess opportunities for efficient and effective service support and streamlining of policy, process and instruments of engagement including Statement of Intent, Schedules and MoUs. Undertakes internal service management of ICT services including governance, assurance, strategy and operations to ensure efficient, effective and available ICT services. It ensures ICT Services and Business Solutions are made available in a manner that derives most value from technology investments and Shared Service arrangements.
