The National Sea Passenger Facilitation Committee (NSPFC) explores ideas and options, and develops and implements relevant initiatives, with the objective of improving international sea passenger facilitation and other elements of international ocean going cruise vessel visits, while maintaining, or where possible enhancing, Australia's border protection capability, from a border agencies perspective.
