The Forum facilitates collaborative discussions between government, union and employers on AI effects on the labour market. It will drive tangible actions and outcomes to achieve the objectives of the National AI Plan. This includes considering and informing approaches to harness the potential productivity benefits of AI, managing risks, addressing the impacts of AI on workers and workplaces, and fostering and supporting worker adaptation to changing roles and work opportunities.
