The Nature Positive Regulation Division delivers efficient and effective environmental regulation to promote ecologically sustainable development and protect the environment for the benefit of the Australian community. This includes consideration of matters of national environmental significance, and regulation under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act) and the Environment Protection (Sea Dumping) Act 1981.
