Environment Assessments NSW and ACT

The Environment Assessments NSW and ACT Branch undertake Environmental Assessments under Part 7 to 9 of the EPBC Act and strategic assessments under Part 10 of the EPBC Act, as it relates to actions undertaken in New South Wales and Australia’s Capital Territory. The branch work with with state government to implement bilateral agreements for assessment activities in NSW and ACT.
