The National Cybercrime Working Group (NCWG) supports the development, prioritisation and coordination of operational capabilities and strategies for addressing cybercrime.
The NCWG provides a forum for law enforcement consultation and advice in relation to:
• cybercrime as serious and organised crime;
• cybercrime investigation tools, techniques and training; and
• overt and covert online policing operations.
The NCWG consists of one principal representative from each Australian Federal, State and Territory Police jurisdiction as well as the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission, Commonwealth Home Affairs Department and New Zealand Police.
