The Weeds Working Group (WWG) will provide the Environment and Invasives Committee (EIC) with technical and policy advice on the prevention, incursion response and management of invasive plants, under the framework of the Australian Weeds Strategy 2017 -2027 (AWS).
Plants are taken to include all terrestrial, freshwater and estuarine (Kingdom Plantae) AND any freshwater or estuarine algae (Kingdom Chromista/Phylum Grista).
