The Board is an independent statutory body established under the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Act 1995 (Cth) (the Classification Act) which comprises a Director, a Deputy Director and other members.
The Board classifies films, computer games and certain submittable publications (all of which are defined in the Classification Act).
