The Norfolk Island Health and Residential Aged Care Service delivers health and aged care services to the Norfolk Island community. NIHRACS transitioned from the Norfolk Island Hospital Enterprise on 1 July 2016 and is considered to be controlled by the Australian Government for financial reporting purposes. NIHRACS does not generate significant non-government cash inflow.
