The Anti-Dumping Commission has been renamed the Australian Trade Remedies Commission. The Commission investigates claims that dumped or subsidised imports are causing material injury to Australian industry. It also conducts safeguard inquiries into whether increased imports are causing, or threatening to cause, serious injury to Australian industry.
