The Life Saving Drugs Program Expert Panel enables the Australian Government to provide eligible patients with subsidised highly expensive lifesaving medicines that have not been recommended by the Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Committee (PBAC) to be listed on the PBS, but meet the criteria for the Life Saving Drugs Program Expert Panel.
