The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) and National Boards are established under state and territory laws. The Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (National Law) is enacted in each state and territory. Ahpra supports the 15 health practitioner regulation national boards (National Boards) to regulate 16 registered health professions under the oversight of all Australian Health Ministers.
