Review of the Jobs and Skills Australia Act 2022

The Jobs and Skills Australia Act 2022 (the Act) requires the Minister for Skills and Training to commence a review into the operation of the Act by August 2025 (the Review). The Review is intended to be comprehensive and consider ongoing functions, governance and operations of the Jobs and Skills Australia organisation, including effectiveness of its independence as a secondary statutory body.
