The National Centre for Vocational Education Research Ltd (NCVER) is an, Australian Public Company, limited by guarantee. The NCVER is responsible for collecting, managing, analysing and communicating research and statistics about VET nationally. The Memorandum and Articles of Association allow for nine Members of the Company and nine Directors of the Board. Members of the Company are Ministers of the Crown with responsibility for vocational education and training (VET) in any of the states, territories or the Commonwealth.
