Estate Transformation Division (ETD) supports Defence wide integration and collaboration to strengthen the resilience of the Defence Estate. We drive process reform and Defence Estate optimisation, while providing a principle-coordinating role for engagement with central agencies on estate management policy, and the implementation of Government direction and strategic intent. We also manage property acquisitions, leasing, disposal and management of estate related native title.
