Provides and delivers pay & personnel administration for all Defence people & agreed external customers. It also supports Deputy Secretary Defence People as Enterprise Business Process Owner (EPBO) for all people business system requirements.
Responsible for formulating & implementing contemporary improvements to Defence`s pay & personnel systems, including system support arrangements, whilst delivering consistent, standardised & affordable services.
