General Counsel - Defence

The Office of the General Counsel - Defence (OGC-D) provides strategic legal advice to the Minister and the Defence Executive. It functions as a general in-house legal practice for the Department of Defence. OGC-D advises on a broad range of legal issues that arise across the Defence portfolio, excluding matters for which the Military Legal Service is responsible.
