Live Animal Export Branch focuses on regulating the export process for live animals and their reproductive material; livestock export process by air and sea – including licensing, registration and accreditation of industry participants and assessment and approval of applications to export, the Export Supply Chain Assurance Systema and Independent Observer Program. Reviews and investigates suspected breaches of the regulatory framework and reports on the performance of the industry.
