The National Centre for Vocational Education Research Ltd (NCVER) is an Australian Public Company, limited by guarantee. NCVER is responsible for collecting, managing, analysing and communicating research and statistics on vocational education and training (VET) nationally. The Constitution requires at least three Directors of the Board with no more than nine at one time. Members of the Company are Ministers of the Crown with responsibility for VET in any of the states, territories or the Commonwealth.
