The Vaccination Expert Advisory Group (VEAG) is an expert technical advisory group established by the Animal Health Committee (AHC). It provides specialist advice on vaccines and vaccination strategies for emergency animal diseases in Australia, in response to requests from AHC. VEAG's core membership comprises individuals with relevant expertise, including representatives from Commonwealth and state and territory governments, the CSIRO Australian Centre for Disease Preparedness, academic and independent experts and Animal Health Australia.
