Wellbeing Policy Branch

The Branch is responsible for developing and providing advice on strategic policy options in relation to veterans’ and families’ wellbeing, including health, mental health, ageing and aged care, disability and community services, supporting efficient implementation, management and evaluation of new health related policies through working with DVA program areas; costings of Department of Health proposals with impacts on veterans, including Medicare, pharmaceutical benefits and aged and community care; supporting the Specialist Medical Review Council.
