The role of the PMAC on Veterans' Mental Health is to advise the Prime Minister, the Minister for Veterans' Affairs and the Government on high level strategic and complex matters relating to the mental health of veterans and their families, particularly those relating to former serving personnel with service after 1975.
The Terms of Reference for the Prime Ministerial Advisory Council on Veterans’ Mental Health expired on 30 June 2021. Future arrangements are to be determined.
