Business Improvement and Quality Assurance Branch

The Business Improvement and Quality Assurance Branch manages DVA’s education schemes for the children of certain eligible veterans and partners, internal reviews and appeals, business improvement initiatives and compensation quality assurance program within the Client Benefits Division. As the senior Departmental officer in location, DC Tasmania is also responsible for supporting all Departmental corporate operations, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement across Tasmania.
