Legislative and Governance Forum on Consumer Affairs
The Legislative and Governance Forum on Consumer Affairs consists of all Commonwealth, State, Territory and New Zealand Ministers responsible for fair trading and consumer protection laws. Legislative and Governance Forum on Consumer Affairs (CAF) was formerly known as the Ministerial Council on Consumer Affairs (MCCA). CAF's objective is to improve consumer well-being through consumer empowerment and protection, fostering effective competition and enabling the confident participation of consumers in markets in which both consumers and suppliers trade fairly.
