Australia's animal health laboratory network seeks to sustain and improve the quality of livestock and livestock products, and to assure domestic and international market access through the application of best practice to veterinary laboratory services. The aim of the network is to development and delivery of a national animal health laboratory service capability for the effective control of animal diseases of major importance to Australia.
