Anti-Doping Rule Violation Panel
The Anti Doping Rule Violation Panel is established as a separate body to decide whether a possible anti-doping rule violation has been committed based on evidence presented by the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority (ASADA). The agreement of the Panel that a possible violation has occurred is the trigger for referring the case to the responsible national sporting organisation for decision.
