Employment and Workplace Relations
To support the Commissioner of Jobs and Skills Australia (JSA), the Minister for Skills and Training, has established a Consultative Forum. With advice from tripartite partners on key matters relating to JSA’s operations and assist to lay the foundations for JSA’s longer-term ways of working. Deliberations of the Consultative Forum in relation to the interim period of JSA may provide useful insight into the design of the final form, but this group is not the primary consultation mechanism for the second stage legislation.
