Enterprise Transformation and Governance Division

Enterprise Transformation & Governance Division coordinates enterprise level reform activities across the Defence Organisation​ and manages the Department’s corporate planning and performance management system. The Division is focused on: - coordination and implementation of Defence's reform and continuous reform agenda, governance & reporting, communications, and directly delivering implementation tasks where appropriate; - further developing our enterprise-level business planning and performance management including our approach to risk management to ensure we are aligned with the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013; and - developing strategy and implementing policy relating to information management in Defence at the enterprise level.
