The Biodiversity Conservation Division is working with all levels of government and the community to deliver clean land, clean water, and clean air. The unifying elements of the division’s work are biodiversity conservation management and investment in on-ground activities that improve the resilience of ecosystems. Together these activities include: clean land through our programs and policy, clean water through our involvement in the Reef 2050 Plan, clean air through the delivery of the 20 Million Trees Fund, and making biodiversity conservation enduring and mainstream through the Office of the Threatened Species Commissioner.
