The Capability, Planning & Change Branch leads the department’s integration work to ensure that the best systems, policies and tools are implemented for the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment. We support our diversity networks to help foster an inclusive, diverse workplace and have learning and development specialists who build corporate capability and can help identify training needs. The branch administers Learnhub and looks after talent management, the graduate program and help with recruitment needs. We have workforce planning and analytics specialists to support evidence-based workforce planning and provide advice on managing the impact of workforce change from an HR perspective. We look after rewards and recognition to acknowledge the contributions made by our staff.
